Adedeji is licensed to practice law in Nigeria and has traversed the spheres of Company Law with over a decade of experience in providing advisory services to clients on various aspects of Corporate Governance and Commercial Law.

He has worked at law firms and corporate organizations. He was the Corporate & Commercial Practice team lead at a reputable law firm in Abuja and also served as the compliance officer and regulatory liaison of one of the best-rated Pension Fund Administrators (PFA) in Nigeria.

Adedeji has written articles on interesting subjects such as social media, corporate governance, real estate, data privacy etc.
Adedeji is a member of reputable professional bodies such as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG).

He currently serves as the Chairman, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) Abuja Chapter. He is also a member of the Membership Committee of the Institute.

Adedeji has a special interest in the areas of Insurance, banking, pensions, and intellectual property and has been able to provide legal and technical support to clients in those sectors of the Nigerian economy

Adedeji acts for clients on a wide range of labour matters which include, contributory pension scheme compliance for companies, employee compensation, tax matters, employment incentives and immigration matters.
