Oluwagbemiga possesses overall broad legal knowledge, an understanding of legal issues as it affects organizations, the ability to develop legal strategy with corporate objectives, high degree of professional ethics, integrity and gravitas, excellent judgment and analytical skills and ability to anticipate legal issues or risks, especially in commercial transactions.

Oluwagbemiga is a graduate of the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Masters degree in International Law and Practice of Human Rights. Oluwagbemiga has acquired vast experience in commercial litigations, arbitration, negotiation to mention a few. Oluwagbemiga has advised several clients on public procurement matters in Nigeria. He has also provided legal services to clients outside, especially on the establishment of small and medium enterprises

Oluwagbemiga currently advises electricity distribution companies in the energy sector. He also provides project execution technical support to the power companies.

Oluwagbemiga is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Library Association
